How we deal with Complaints
Here at Debt Release Direct we take the overall satisfaction of our clients as our number one priority.
We encourage an open environment and positively encourage feedback from our clients. If in the unlikely event you feel you need to make a formal complaint we have a formal procedure in place to ensure that the situation is dealt with thoroughly.

As soon as we receive your completed form a confirmation email will be sent to your supplied email address to confirm receipt. We will respond to your complaint within 24hrs of receipt.
